Digital Media Management for Department of Tourism, Bihar

In the process of establishing Bihar as the most sought-after destination among the target audience, Bihar Tourism envisioned creating an active presence on digital platforms. The main objective of the project was to provide an interactive and engaging experience for all visitors landing on the Bihar Tourism Website and Mobile App. As per the requirements laid by the client, the website and application for Bihar Tourism must involve a user-centric design paradigm that focuses on the Tourist and their needs and the fastest way for them to access the information they seek.

To cater to all the needs of the traveler, we developed a web portal and mobile application having the following components:-

One of the challenges was the curation of all prominent tourist destinations across Bihar and the best possible design to cover all the aspects of any destination. Another challenge was to give a smooth and seamless digital experience to the pilgrims and the tourists.

Our extensive research and coordination with the locals helped us chalk out areas and places of interest. This also helped us create a platform giving due importance to places that match our audience’s personas.
