COVID ODISHA is a risk-management application of the Government of Odisha to coordinate preventive measures against the COVID-19 pandemic. It guides citizens understand the spread of the virus with the details of their location and further helps them connect with the centers and hospitals. The application helped government recognize possible cases of COVID-affected individuals and coordinate responses involving the administration, medical and paramedical professionals. It enables access to authentic information from the Government, cutting down the spread of misinformation thus helping people to report incidences of mass gatherings, violations of social distancing norms etc.
The Features included:
Quarantine Monitoring
This involved Proof of Quarantine adherence protocol, Symptoms Monitoring, seeking medicinal, non-medicinal help, location hotspots, alerts if quarantine protocol violated
Contact Tracing
This involved Patient registration- Confirmed COVID patients to be fed in the system, primary and secondary contacts to be identified.
Location History
The location where patient spent more than 10 minutes to be pinned, patients who were in 10 meters vicinity to such mapped patients need to be identified, Contact hotspots to be identified, Quarantine area to be mapped by location
Facilities Management
A total number of people staying/availing the facilities and the total number of people coming or going etc.
Service Modules
Essential services needed to be mapped, vendor registration, vendor authentication, Dashboard on Covid monitoring, etc.
